Classic Pilsner Beer Cheese
Updated: Oct 27, 2020
One of the most crave-able and munch-able bar menu items is beer cheese dip. You can pile this warm, delicious snack on your chips, pretzels, and, well... pretty much anything on the table! Since we can't enjoy the bar crawls like we used to, we decided to bring this classic to our own kitchens.
BREWSKI Cheddar Dip is a simple recipe to satisfy that craving you get when you're enjoying good company and good brew. We hope you will enjoy this recipe featuring our Classic Pilsner coupled with a worldwide favorite, CHEESE!
1/2 pound Sharp Cheddar, cubed
2 teaspoons mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pinch of sugar
1/2 cup of BREWSKI Classic Pilsner
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon pepper
In a food processor, pulse the cubed cheddar until finely chopped.
Add the mustard powder, salt and sugar; blend until incorporated (1-2 pulses).
Add the BREWSKI Classic Pilsner and the heavy cream and blend until smooth.
Transfer the processed dip into a small saucepan and heat the dip until you reach your desired consistency. (We enjoyed just warm enough to be melted!)
Turn off the heat and add Tobasco and Worcestershire sauce to taste. Pour into serving dish and enjoy!
