Return and Refund Policy
Not 100% satisfied with your purchase? No problem, we got you! Reach out by phone at 877-325-2652 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, within 30 days of your purchase. We’ll give you the deets to return your un-used, un-worn item(s) to us. Once your item(s) has been received, we can swap your swag for a different size or send that cash back to ya. If you would like a refund, it will be issued after the item(s) is received at our location. Please note, depending on the type of card used during purchase, it could take up to 10 business days for your credit to be posted to your card.
Buyer’s remorse kicked in? We ship it as soon as we can so if you wanna cancel, you got to give us a shout. Reach us either by phone at 877-325-2652 or by e-mail at email@example.com within 24 hours to cancel your purchase. If we haven’t already said bon voyage to your order, we can cancel it no worries. If it’s already on its way, you will need to return the package after it is received. Please see our “Return & Refund Policy” section for more details.
We know you want your swag ASAP! That’s why we strive to ship your order within 24-48 hours. When we get your order out the door, we will hit you back with those tracking deets so you will know when you will get it. The time from our casa to yours, will depend on distance but most orders will arrive within 3-5 days. The delivery time may be extended for APO addresses, when APO shipments are allowed. Please see our “Shipping Areas” section for more details.
We can send swag and merch to all US states, including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. If you would like to send something to an APO address, we can make that happen but we only use the U.S. Postal Service. This sometimes takes longer (it is called snail mail for a reason) and deets for tracking aren’t available once it leaves the US. Make sure you have all your info correct because we are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, lost or damaged packages guys and gals!
